Frequently asked questions

What is TRVO?+

TRVO is India’s multimodal ticketing app — plan, pay and travel across metro, train, bus, ferry, taxi, auto, share-rides, walk and cycle from one ticket and one card.

Which cities are live?+

Mumbai is in MVP launch (phase 1). Delhi NCR, Bangalore and Pune follow in phase 3. The full roadmap is on the Roadmap page.

Are private rides (Ola, Uber, Rapido, InDrive) included in my TRVO ticket?+

No — private vendor pricing is shown separately during journey planning as a range, and the rider books inside TRVO. The TRVO ticket covers public transit only. Vendor-specific subscriber perks are in discussion with each partner; nothing is contractual until we publish the specific terms with paperwork in hand.

How does family travel work?+

Each TRVO account can add up to 10 subusers. Any subuser with their own active-season smartcard travels free. Others are charged per ride from the primary user’s ticket bucket. Subusers can be reassigned across devices by signing in with their mobile.

What is the smartcard?+

A steel universal card linked to your TRVO account. Tap-to-pay across every TRVO partner gate. Doubles as a Rupay credit/debit card and a UPI handle. Lost card = 1-tap remote block from the app.

How do I cancel a subscription?+

Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund (if unused). Annual plans get one free 14-day pause per year for travel/illness.

Is voice support truly multilingual?+

Yes — say “Hello TRVO ...” in English, Hindi or Marathi from any modern Chrome/Edge browser or the mobile app. More Indian languages roll out with phase 2.

How is my data used?+

Anonymised journey patterns power your audience profile, which we'll use to surface relevant partner perks once those partnerships close — never sold raw. Full opt-out under the Privacy page.
