Privacy policy

What we collect
- Mobile number, name, email (for the account)
- Trip origin, destination, mode and time (for the planner + impact widget)
- Payment method metadata via Razorpay (TRVO never stores raw card data)
- Family relations and subuser details, when explicitly added by you
- Smartcard tap history (for billing & dispute resolution)
How we use it
Plan your routes, issue tickets, settle payments with operators, and surface partner deals relevant to your travel pattern. We never sell raw user data. Audience profiles used for partner deals are aggregated and anonymised. You can opt out of marketing at any time in account settings.

- Access, correct, or erase your data
- Export your trip & ticket history
- Withdraw consent for marketing or location at any time
- Grievance / Data Protection Officer: support@trvo.in (a dedicated dpo@trvo.in alias lands once our mailbox provider provisions it; until then DPO mail routes through support@ and is triaged within 48 h).
Third parties
Operators (BEST, IRCTC, MMRDA, M2M, etc.), private vendors (Ola/Uber/Rapido/InDrive), Razorpay (payments), MSG91 (OTP), Google Maps (geocoding/routing), Cloudflare (delivery). Each receives only the minimum required data.
