Refunds & cancellations
Effective date: 1 May 2026
Single & return tickets
- Cancel up to 30 minutes before departure for a 90% refund
- After departure, no refund — partial unused leg may be credited as TRVO points
Day, weekly, fortnight & monthly passes
- Cancel within 24h of purchase for a full refund (only if unused)
- After first use, prorated refund on monthly+ tiers (10% admin fee applies)
Quarterly, half-yearly, annual
- One free 14-day pause per year for travel/illness
- Cancel anytime — refund of unused validity (10% admin fee)
Smartcard top-ups
Wallet balance is fully refundable on card surrender. Ticket bucket is non-refundable but carries forward indefinitely.
Vendor disputes
For disputes with private vendors (Ola, Uber, Rapido, InDrive), file via the Grievances page. TRVO will pursue end-to-end resolution with the vendor on your behalf.
