Terms of service

1. Who we are

TRVO Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is a Mumbai-headquartered private limited company providing a multimodal ticketing and journey-planning service. By using www.trvo.in or any TRVO mobile app you agree to these terms.

2. The service

TRVO aggregates transit operators and private vendors and lets you plan, pay and travel across them. Public transit fares are firm. Private vendor fares (Ola, Uber, Rapido, InDrive, Govt taxis) are estimates from the vendor — exact fare is quoted at booking.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 13+ to hold a primary account. Subusers may be of any age but require the primary user's explicit consent. KYC may be required for smartcard issuance and Rupay co-branding.

4. Tickets, refunds & cancellations

See our refunds policy for details. In short: cancel within 24h of purchase for a full refund (only if unused).

5. Liability

TRVO is a ticketing intermediary. Service quality, journey safety, and equipment are the responsibility of the underlying operator/vendor. TRVO's liability for any claim is capped at the value of the disputed ticket.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Mumbai.
