How TRVO subscriptions actually work
Multi-entry & multi-modal
One ticket covers unlimited entries across BEST, metro, train, monorail, ferry, share-auto and share-taxi within the validity. Same logic as a London Day Pass.
Family logic
If you and your spouse both have active-season smartcards — both ride free. Other selected family members are charged per-ride from the smartcard balance or pay-per-ride.
Private vendors stay separate
Ola, Uber, Rapido and InDrive are NEVER bundled into your TRVO ticket — quotes show as a range during planning and the rider books inside TRVO. Vendor-specific perks for subscribers are in discussion with each partner; nothing is contractual until we publish here with paperwork in hand.
Refunds & rollover
Cancel within 24h of purchase for full refund (only if unused). Annual plans get a free 14-day pause once a year for travel/illness.
